When planning your vegetarian meal plan, make sure to add plenty of blueberries. Research has shown that blueberries contain the highest levels of antioxidants of any fruit. Antioxidants cancel out the cell damaging effects of free radicals in the body, and may even be useful in preventing certain types of diseases and cancers.
